Workflows · Reconcile payments

What doesn't reconcile?

Choose what was expected (invoices or amounts due) and what was received (payments, or a bank export), as CSV. Add credit notes if you have them. Junctiq matches them under rules you set and can read, and shows each difference with the rows behind it. Then it gives you a record you can keep and check later.

Your files are read in this browser and never uploaded. Matching records show that your files agree with each other. They do not show, by themselves, that the money moved or the goods arrived, and the result says so.

Invoices or amounts due: a reference, a date, an amount and a currency for each.

Payments, or a bank export. Each row should name the invoice it pays, in a reference or narration column.

Credit or debit notes, each naming the invoice it adjusts. A credit note is a negative amount.

A difference this small still reconciles, such as a bank fee.
Dates such as 2026-04-03 are always clear.
Left empty, no currency is assumed.
