What the pack contains, for each URL

• The address you asked for and the address finally served, after redirects.
• The HTTP status the server returned.
• A SHA-256 fingerprint of the bytes received.
• The time Junctiq fetched the page. This is capture time, not a date the publisher gave.
• The retention class and the version of the rule that set it.
• No copy of the page and no excerpt: the pack lists the original bytes as not included. So it cannot show what a page said, or what changed.
• On day 30: whether the bytes are identical to the first capture, differ, or the server answered with an error. Different bytes do not show that the wording changed: many pages have different bytes on every load.
• An error answer, such as HTTP 404, is recorded as that answer at that time. It does not show that the page is permanently gone.
• Whether the Wayback Machine and archive.today held the page, with the date of each check, where a check was made before the pack. Where none was made, the pack lists it as missing.
• An RFC 3161 timestamp token from a public timestamp authority over the pack, whose manifest lists every fingerprint.
• A page is fetched only if robots.txt allows JunctiqBot. The robots.txt reading itself is not stored in the pack.

A pack can be checked at Verify against a receipt you obtained separately. The result lists what it could not establish.

Availability today

• Requests are open.
• Captures for a new order cannot start yet. A preliminary legal opinion has been received; the conditions it sets are being put in place, and the clearance for capturing pages a buyer names is not yet confirmed. This also applies to the free 2-URL sample, which has not yet been made for any buyer.
• A first pack carries the fingerprint, times and factual metadata for each page. It contains no copy of the page, no screenshot and no excerpt, and says so.
• Nothing is invoiced before capture can begin. Invoices are issued by Junctiq PVT LTD and paid by bank transfer.
• The delivery and refund terms below are proposed and under legal review. Your order confirms their final wording before anything is invoiced.

What happens, and when

   OrderYou name up to eight public URLs. Each is fetched once, recorded as listed below, and timestamped.
2. 02
   First versionThe pack is delivered as a readable HTML cover with the files to verify it, within 5 business days of the later of two dates: payment received, and the accepted URL list confirmed.
3. 03
   Day 30Each URL's day 30 is 30 calendar days after its own first capture. It is fetched again then, and the result is delivered within 3 business days as a new version of the same pack. The first version is never edited.

Delivery and refunds

Proposed terms, under legal review.

• Before anything is invoiced, Junctiq confirms in writing which of your URLs are eligible, what will be recorded for each, and the delivery dates.
• If a URL cannot be captured, you may replace it once with another eligible URL at no charge. If that changes a date, you are told before you accept the replacement.
• If the first version is not delivered by the agreed deadline, the full price is refunded.
• Otherwise, USD 93.75 is refunded for each URL whose promised service cannot be completed, including a day-30 recapture that fails. No URL is refunded twice, and refunds never exceed the amount paid.
• Disagreeing with what a faithfully recorded page says is not, by itself, a reason for a refund. This does not limit any remedy for an error by Junctiq, a misdescription, non-delivery, or your rights under applicable law.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New Delhi, India, where Junctiq PVT LTD is based.

What the pack does not claim

Printed in every pack:

• It is not legal advice.
• It is not court-admissible by itself.
• It is not a full republication of the page.
• It is not proof that a vendor changed, removed or intended anything.
• History starts at the first capture. Nothing before it is recorded.
• A change in the bytes is not a change in what was committed.

Not included

• Pages that need a login, or that robots.txt asks Junctiq not to fetch. These are reported as not captured, with the reason.
• Monitoring after day 30. No subscription is offered before a pack has been paid for.
• Interpretation: the pack records what was served; it does not say what it means for your decision.
