Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Junctiq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
Junctiq is a market intelligence platform that ingests public forum data, processes it using AI, and delivers opportunity briefs to subscribers.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. A free tier provides limited access. Core and Pro paid tiers provide progressively fuller access to briefs, intelligence layers, and analysis tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
You may not share your account with others or use automation to access the Service beyond its published APIs.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Account page.
Refunds are not provided for partial periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Payment is processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller. Paddle's terms and privacy policy apply to payment transactions.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to scrape, republish, or redistribute opportunity briefs in bulk without written permission.
You may not reverse-engineer the scoring methodology or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.
You may not use the Service to train competing AI models.
You may use individual opportunity briefs for your own business research and product decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
The Junctiq platform, engine, scoring methodology, and generated opportunity briefs are owned by Junctiq and protected by copyright.
Public forum data ingested by the engine remains subject to the terms of its original sources (Reddit, Hacker News, GitHub, StackOverflow). Junctiq does not claim ownership of source data.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Opportunity briefs are informational only and do not constitute business, legal, or investment advice.
Market signals and scores reflect evidence collected at a point in time. Market conditions change. Junctiq does not guarantee that any opportunity will remain valid or commercially viable.
We do not guarantee uptime, completeness of data, or accuracy of AI-generated summaries.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junctiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Junctiq is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
