Was notice given in time, by the records?

Choose your notice records as CSV: each row a change, an event (effective, published, sent, delivered, bounced, opened), a date and, where there is one, a recipient. Set your rule, such as 30 days' notice counted from sending. Junctiq shows, for each change and recipient, what the records show and when. Then it gives you a record you can keep and check later.
